Boat Storage: Boat storage is subject to availability and a signed storage agreement. Hernando Beach Marina is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, weather, hurricanes, flooding, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Boat owners are responsible for maintaining current insurance coverage on all stored vessels.
Boat Rentals: Renters must meet all age, licensing, and identification requirements and comply with all Florida boating laws. A valid credit card and security deposit may be required. Rental availability, rates, and vessel types are subject to change without notice. Weather, water conditions, or mechanical issues may require the marina to delay, modify, or cancel a reservation for safety reasons. Renters are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, fuel charges, or violations incurred during the rental period.
